Shipping

We ship Australia wide via a combination of Sendle and Australia Post: 

Standard $12.00 - Estimated 3-5 business days

Express $15.00 - Next business day delivery within the Express Post Network*

Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery on a particular day unless previously arranged with us prior to placing your order. 

*Australia Post has temporarily suspended their Express Post next business day guarantee - Express Post parcels will continue to be prioritised, but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard. Orders must be placed by 10am AEST for next day delivery within the Express Post Network

In the event that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left in a safe place if practical - otherwise, a calling card will be left by the driver with details to arrange either redelivery of collection.

Where are your products sourced from?
 

At O+F we are committed to sourcing all of our products locally from a broad range of Australian small and medium sized businesses . That means when you support a small business like ours, you're also supporting many other Australian makers and creators across the country and that's something we are really proud of. 

I've accidentally used the wrong address, can I amend my order ?

It's very important that you ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order as we cannot guarantee changes will be possible after it has been processed. We will not accept responsibility for incorrect details provided. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible on hello@oliverandfrankgifts.com and we will do our best to assist. 

Do you offer same-day delivery?
 

We do not generally offer same-day delivery but may be able to assist in some circumstances for requests required within the Melbourne Metro region - Please contact us on hello@oliverandfrankgifts.com prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.  

Do you send an invoice with the order?
 

Never! We will never include a paper invoice or receipt with details of your order inside your gift. This information is always communicated to you via email to ensure absolute discretion.

 

Can you deliver to hospitals & nursing homes?
Absolutely! However, to minimise any chance of delay it's helpful to first confirm that the recipient will still be admitted on the day of delivery and then provide us with as much information as possible to avoid any possible confusion on arrival. Details should include the recipient's full name, ward AND room number.

Do you offer discounts for volume orders?
 

Yes! Minimum quantities do apply, please contact us on hello@oliverandfrankgifts.com for details. 

Can you deliver to someone who is self-isolating due to COVID-19?
 

Yes! Please advise us if your gift recipient is self-isolating and provide us with a contact phone number so that we can arrange contactless delivery. 

Are you experiencing any shipping delays due to COVID-19?

We are a Victorian business and our primary delivery partners are Sendle & Australia Post. While we did experience occasional delays during the previous lockdown period, delivery services have now largely returned to normal. Every order receives a tracking number via email so that our customers can stay across the latest progress with their delivery.
